Agrifood Management & Innovation Lab

The Agrifood Management & Innovation Lab at the Department of Management of Ca’ Foscari University of Venice aims at developing a mix of basic and applied research activities pertaining to the management of, and innovation in, the agri-food industry, one of the most important sectors for the Italian and regional economy. More specifically, the laboratory aims at contributing to the most advanced international scientific debate on management, marketing, innovation and strategy journals and conferences.

It also aims to speak to larger audiences of practitioners, policymakers and experts by issuing periodically updated thematic reports and publications and by taking part in dissemination events of various types. The peculiar mix of basic and applied research positions the laboratory as a reliable and credible source of contribution for the competitive development and evolution of the industry.
